BEST TIME TO VISIT

Vietnam’s climate is a tale of three unique regions, each with its own weather and charm.

Southern Vietnam, including Ho Chi Minh City, offers a warm tropical climate year-round, with two clear-cut seasons: the wet season (May to November) and the dry season (December to April), where temperatures hover around 25°C to 35°C (77°F to 95°F).

In the north, including Hanoi, four distinct seasons unfold: spring (March to May), summer (June to August), autumn (September to November), and winter (December to February). Winter can bring chilly temperatures of around 10°C (50°F), while summer heats up to 35°C (95°F), with intense humidity.

Central Vietnam, home to cities like Da Nang and Hue, enjoys a tropical monsoon climate. The rainy season, from September to December, is followed by a dry season, from January to August, with temperatures averaging 22°C to 32°C (72°F to 90°F)—perfect for sunny explorations.
